2 points need to be addressed right away in the contract. 1) There should be only TWO observations for tenured teachers like the rest of NYS. 2) Since paid maternity leave is the hot conversation right now, there needs to be no givebacks in regard to salary or sick days for all members OR there needs to be a “buy in” where teachers who want to have kids can pay into. Teachers who are child free must not pay a dime for maternity leave.


What about investigations? They are so crooked…. Principal investigations and OSI with young children and no parental supervision.
